Delivery & Returns
What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, starting from the moment you receive confirmation that your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Do I have to pay customs?
No, there are no customs fees for deliveries within Norway.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Norway.
What happens if my package doesn’t fit in the mailbox?
If the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest pickup location.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it – what should I do?
Please contact your local post office or courier to confirm delivery. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at contact@lucianasvads.com, and we will assist you.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.
I received the wrong item, or something is missing – what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at contact@lucianasvads.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
I haven’t received an order confirmation – what should I do?
Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to arrive.

Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please place a new order for any additional items.
I entered the wrong address – can I change it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you contact us quickly at contact@lucianasvads.com and your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt, so changes or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
My card isn’t working – what could be wrong?

How can I unsubscribe from newsletters and promotions?
