Prices

All prices listed on the website are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) at 25% at the time of purchase. The total price you pay will be shown before completing your order and includes all costs related to the purchase, including shipping, packaging, postage, and VAT. You will not be charged any additional fees that are not clearly specified before the purchase is finalized.

 

Payment Terms

Shopping at Lucianasvads.com should be safe and simple. You can pay by debit or credit card, depending on the payment options available in your country. All available payment methods will be displayed at checkout when placing your order. We may reserve the purchase amount on your card at the time of order, and the amount will be charged the same day the item ships from our warehouse. We reserve the right to update our payment options as needed.

Customers Outside the EU

Order Confirmation 
When your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This will include information about the products, prices, delivery address, and any billing details. Please contact customer service immediately if any information in the confirmation is incorrect.


Missing Order Confirmation

Due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control, there may be delays in sending the order confirmation. If you have not received confirmation within 50 minutes after completing your order, please contact our customer service.

 

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the chosen shipping option. Orders received on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the next business day. For delays not notified in advance, please contact our customer service via email: contact@lucianasvads.com.

 
 
Uncollected Packages and Delivery Information

To ensure your order is delivered properly, it is important that you provide correct and complete delivery information. If a package is returned to us because it was not collected or was sent to the wrong address, you, as the customer, will be responsible for covering the new shipping costs. In such cases, a fee of NOK 250 will also be charged for uncollected packages.

 

Defects and Complaints

If you discover a defect or fault with the product, please notify us as soon as possible—preferably within two months after you discovered (or should have discovered) the issue. The maximum complaint period is one year from when you received the product.
Delivery errors, damages, or other discrepancies can be reported to customer service at info@lucianasvads.com. If the fault is not due to you as the customer, we will cover return shipping costs. In most cases, we will send you a new and correct item as a replacement.

 

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will automatically be extended to the next business day. When you receive the item, you should check that it is undamaged. To return the item, it must be in unopened original packaging and not used or damaged. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

Processing returns usually takes 1–3 weeks. We recommend sending returns with trackable shipping and keeping the receipt. This is important in case the package is lost during transit, so we can refund you. We will refund you as soon as we have received and approved the returned item.

We cannot guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as color rendering may vary on different screens.
