These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Lucianasvads.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
Prices include 25% VAT where applicable.

The total amount, including shipping and any applicable charges, is displayed before checkout and represents the final amount you will pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payment may be authorized when your order is placed and will be charged once your order has been shipped.

All products remain the property of Luciana Svads AS until full payment has been received.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with your order details. Please review the information carefully and notify us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

Order confirmations may take up to 24 hours to arrive. Customers should check their spam or junk folder before assuming that the order confirmation has not been received.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Uncollected Packages

Please ensure that your delivery information, including your delivery address, is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or because it was not collected, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover the costs associated with the return.

Customers Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defects and Complaints

If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
